The smartphone self-diagnosis service provides the same level of information as the mobile phone inspection system used by repair technicians at LG Electronics service centers. It is convenient for customers who have difficulty visiting the service center to check regardless of location and time.
LG Electronics is also planning to expand the target model. To this end, the service will be expanded to 9 products including G7 ThinQ, G8 ThinQ, V35 ThinQ, V40 ThinQ, V50 ThinQ, V50s ThinQ, Velvet, Q92, and Q52 with the Quick Help application installed by the LG smartphone customer community by early next year. .
Meanwhile, LG Electronics is actively collecting customer opinions centering on the customer community, Quick Help, so that customers who use LG smartphones do not feel uncomfortable.
