[사건의내막 / 문홍철 기자] =조승래 더불어민주당 수석대변인은 오늘 12월 4일 브리핑에서 “위헌적, 위법적 비상계엄을 내란죄로 단죄하겠다”고 밝혔다. 

조승래 수석대변인은 “더불어민주당은 윤석열 정권의 위헌적, 위법적 비상계엄을 내란죄로 단죄하겠다“면서 “윤석열 대통령, 김용현 국방부장관, 이상민 장관을 내란죄로 고발하고 탄핵을 추진하겠다“고 덧붙였다.

또한, 조승래 수석대변인은 “계엄사령관, 경찰청장 등 군과 경찰의 주요 가담자를 내란죄로 고발하겠다“고 목소리를 높였다.

이어 조승래 수석대변인은 “수사기관은 전 국민이 인지하고 있는 내란사건이므로 즉각 수사에 착수해 내란범들을 법의 심판대에 세우기 바란다“고 밝혔다.
