[사건의내막 / 문홍철 기자] = 강유정 더불어민주당 원내대변인은 12월 10일 서면브리핑에서 “상설특검 통과로 탄핵 열차가 출발했습니다. 탄핵 가결로 속도를 낼 차례다”고 밝혔다. 

 

강유정 원내대변인은 “계엄과 내란에 흔들리던 국회가 정상화를 위한 첫발을 뗐다”면서 “내란 수괴 윤석열과 내란 공범 추경호 원내대표에 이르기까지 총 8명의 내란 혐의를 규명할 상설특검 수사요구안이 국회 본회의를 통과한 겁니다”라고 덧붙였다. 

 

강유정 원내대변인은 “국민의힘이 당론을 정하지 않고 자율투표를 한 덕분이다”라면서 “김상욱·배현진·김예지·김재섭·진종오·안철수·조경태·배준영·김용태·김형동·우재준·김건·김위상·박수민·박정하·서범수·김소희·한지아·김도읍·안상훈·곽규택·김태호·최수진 의원 등 찬성표를 던진 23명의 의원들께 감사를 전한다”고 공개했다. 

 

또한 강유정 원내대변인은 “오늘(10일) 본회의에서는 '내란범죄혐의자 신속체포요구 결의안'도 가결됐다”면서 “찬성표를 던진 김상욱·김예지·박덕흠·조경태 의원과 기권으로 힘을 보탠 김용태, 김재섭, 한지아 의원도 기억하겠다”고도 했다.

 

특히 강유정 원내대변인은 “대통령이 거부권을 행사할 수 없는 상설특검은 본회의 통과 즉시 효력을 발휘한다”면서 “분명히 경고합니다! 윤석열의 애완견 노릇을 해온 검찰은 내란죄 수사에서 손을 떼십시오”라며 “특검을 통한 철저한 진상 규명에 협조하십시오”라고 강력히 주장했다.

이에 강유정 원내대변인은 “상설특검의 다음 단계는 탄핵을 통한 대통령 직무정지이다”라면서 “오늘 반대표를 던진 국민의힘 의원들은 내란 수괴 윤석열을 처벌하라는 국민의 압도적인 요구에 귀를 기울이십시오”라고 충고를 날렸다.
