브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 한동훈 국민의힘 대표가 4일 윤석열 대통령의 비상계엄 선포와 관련해 "집권 여당으로서 이런 사태가 발생해 대단히 유감스럽게 생각한다"라고 밝혔다.

한 대표는 이날 열린 국회 본회의에서 비상계엄 해제 요구 결의안이 통과된 직후 "이번 국회 결정으로 지난 밤 있었던 위헌·위법 계엄 선포는 효과를 상실했다"라며 이같이 말했다.

그는 "이번 국회 계엄 해제 의결로 이번 계엄 선포는 실질적으로 끝"이라며 "이 계엄령에 근거했던 군경이 공권력을 행사하는 건 위법한 것"이라고 지적했다.

그러면서 "위법한 지시에 따르지 않는 것에 대해선 집권 여당 국민의힘이 국민들을 끝까지 지켜낼 것"이라고 덧붙였다.
