[사건의내막 / 문홍철 기자] = 노종면 더불어민주당 원내대변인은 12월 12일 서면브리핑에서 “윤석열ㆍ김건희 특검법이 국회를 통과했습니다. 부결 당론으로 맞선 국민의힘을 넘어 윤석열 탄핵까지 이뤄내겠다”고 밝혔다. 

 

노종면 원내대변인은 “국회 본회의에서 박성재 법무부 장관, 조지호 경찰청장 탄핵소추안과 윤석열, 김건희 특검법안이 통과됐다”고 덧붙였다.

 

노종면 원내대변인은 “박성재 법무부 장관은 지난 3일 비상계엄 발표 전 국무회의에 참석한 국무위원 중 한 명으로, 비상계엄 이후 체포할 예정이었던 주요 인사의 구금장소를 법무부가 미리 확보하려 했다는 의혹도 제기되고 있다”고도 했다.

 

이어 노종면 원내대변인은 “조지호 경찰청장은 비상계엄 상황에서 국회 봉쇄와 국회의원의 출입 차단에 적극적으로 관여했다는 혐의를 받고 있다”면서 “경찰 지휘권을 남용한 명백한 내란 가담 행위이다”고 지적했다.

 

앞서 노종면 원내대변인은 “윤석열 특검법안은 수사 역량을 집중해 내란 수사를 속도감 있게 추진하려는 목적이고, 김건희 특검법안은 윤석열을 폭주하게 만든 원인을 밝혀낸다는 의미를 지닌다”며 “결국 오늘 통과된 4건의 안건은 모두 내란사태를 실질적으로 종식하는 데 반드시 필요한 대책들이다”고 설명했다.

 

또한 노종면 원내대변인은 “12·3 내란이 발생한 지 열흘이 다 되어가는데도 내란 주범 윤석열은 여전히 대통령직을 지키고 있고, 망상과 광기로 가득 찬 선동을 쏟아냈다”라면서 “내란 세력을 단죄하라는 목소리가 전국을 뒤덮는데도 국민의힘은 오늘 안건마저 부결로 당론을 정해 또 한번 부역했다”고 꼬집었다.

 

한편 노종면 원내대변인은 “하지만 ‘부결 당론’에도 불구하고 소신껏 찬성표를 던진 몇몇 국민의힘 의원들에게서 희망을 본다”면서 “매일 밤 여의도를 밝혀주는 응원봉 불빛에서 용기를 얻는다”고 밝혔다.
