[사건의내막 / 문홍철 기자] = 조승래 더불어민주당 수석대변인은 2025년 1월 1일 서면브리핑에서 “집단 행패로 ‘내란 인증’한 자들을 반드시 기억하겠다”고 밝혔다. 

 

조승래 수석대변인은 “대통령실 수석 이상 참모들과 김태규 방통위원장 직무대행이 헌법재판관 임명에 반발해 사의를 표했다”면서 “헌법재판관 임명에 대한 대통령실과 정부 인사들의 집단 행패는, 이들이 내란 세력과 한통속임을 입증한다”고 덧붙였다.

또한 조승래 수석대변인은 “더구나 방통위의 독립성과 중립성을 망가뜨린 김태규 대행은 국무위원도 아니다”라며 “정부위원의 대행에 불과한 사람이 이런 행패에 가담하다니 가소롭다”고 비판의 목소리를 높였다.
