[사건의내막 / 문홍철 기자] = 김성회 더불어민주당 대변인은 오늘 1월 3일 서면브리핑에서 “대한민국의 모든 구성원들은 내란 수괴 피의자에 대한 적법한 영장 집행에 협력해야 합니다”고 밝혔다. 

 

김성회 대변인은 “윤석열에 대한 체포영장 집행이 시작되었다”면서 “대한민국은 법치국가다”라며 “무슨 일이 있어도 내란 수괴 피의자에 대한 엄정한 대한민국의 법 집행이 방해되어서는 안된다”고 덧붙였다. 

 

김성회 대변인은 “어떠한 불상사도, 누군가 다치거나 충돌하는 일도 발생해서는 안 된다”고도 강조했다. 

 

김성회 대변인은 “최상목 권한대행은 대통령경호처, 대통령비서실 등 모든 국가기관에게 영장 집행에 협력하도록 지시하십시오”라면서 “정진석 비서실장과 대통령비서실은 오직 국민과 대통령 권한대행의 명령에 따르십시오”라고 했다. 

 

또한 김성회 대변인은 “대통령경호처는 내란 수괴 피의자의 사병이 아님을 명심하고, 경호처장은 부하들에게 정당한 영장 집행에 반하는 어떠한 부당한 지시도 내리지 마십시오”라면서 “경호처의 모든 구성원들에게도 당부드린다”면서 “부당한 명령은 단호히 거부하고, 법과 원칙에 따른 공무집행을 방해하는 행위는 일절 없어야 한다”고 주장했다.

 

김성회 대변인은 “피의자 윤석열에게도 경고한다”면서 “대한민국의 법치주의를 한번 위기에 빠뜨린 것만으로도 치러야 할 죗값이 넘친다”고 설명했다.

 

김성회 대변인은 “비겁하게 숨어있던 관저에서 걸어 나와 체포영장 집행에 순순히 임하십시오”라며 “대한민국의 모든 구성원들은 법과 원칙을 준수해야 한다”고 밝혔다.
