[사건의내막 / 문홍철 기자] = 황정아 더불어민주당 대변인은 오늘 1월 8일 브리핑에서 “공수처와 경찰은 윤석열의 체포에 대한민국의 명운이 걸려있음을 명심하십시오”라고 밝혔다. 

 

황정아 대변인은 “오동운 공수처장이 체포영장 집행 무산과 관련, 국민께 사과하며 2차 영장 집행에 대한 각오를 밝혔다”면서 “그 같은 다짐을 결과로 보여주기 바란다”고 덧붙였다.

 

황정아 대변인은 “내란수괴 윤석열과 경호처는 내란을 넘어 내전을 꿈꾸고 있다”라면서 “공수처는 내란 세력의 이러한 망상을 진압하고 법치와 헌정질서를 바로 세워야 할 책무를 명심하시기 바란다”고 지적했다.

황정아 대변인은 “윤석열의 체포가 지연되면 법치는 뿌리째 흔들리고 사법 시스템은 붕괴할 것이다”면서 “사법부도 체포영장을 재발부하며, 법치와 사법 정의를 바로 세우라고 요구하고 있다”고 전했다.
