'석유화학산업 특별법 시행령' 국무회의 의결…구조개편 가속화 지원

먼저, 사업재편 과정에서 법인을 신설하는 경우 설립등기 절차가 완료되기 전이라도 석유 및 석유대체연료 사업법상 석유수출입업 등록 등을 신청할 수 있게 하고, 화학물질의 등록 및 평가 등에 관한 법률에 따른 화학물질 등록의 경우 신설법인이 사용하는 화학물질에 대해 기존법인과 동일한 내용으로 등록을 한 것으로 간주하는 등 사업재편이 신속하게 이행될 수 있도록 하는 특례를 뒀다.
