이번 오찬 간담회는 제3기 진실화해위원회 출범을 계기로 국가폭력 피해자들의 아픔과 상처를 위로하고, 국가폭력 피해의 치유와 명예 회복을 위한 정부의 의지를 전하기 위해 마련됐다.
